This turbo shape resin bond diamond
pad with snail Lock backer designed for polishing straight or beveled edge
of natural or artificial stone by
single or multiple head automatic edge polishing machines,
side-lines and circles grinding machine with high glossy degree and
long working life.
It is usually used to edging and chamfering the countertop and arc
slabs.
It only requires up to the 3000 grit to successfully polish edges.
It does not change in the color of the stone itself, with glazing
fast, good brightness and not fade.
Wet polishing with water feeding.
The pads backed with common snail lock adapter which can be easily
installed and quick changed on the polishing machines. The pads
simply fit into place and lock on with a twisting motion. To remove
the pads simply untwist and remove, then replace with the next grit.
The “twist and lock” design saves time and increases productivity.
