Electroplated Diamond Drill Bits for Stone Ceramic Glass Drilling

Electroplated diamond core drill bits are also called diamond hole saws, which is suitable for electric portable angle grinder machine or drilling machines, they are mainly used for precise hole drilling in the block of glass, crystal, fiberglass, tiles of ceramic and porcelain, marble, soft stone and other composite materials, great for Home, Hobby, Craft, Construction, etc.

Dry(don't recommend) or wet use(water coolant is much better for drilling performance).

Instructions for use:

1. When operating, first incline the drill bit at 45 degrees, and slow down the speed of the electric drill, then erect the electric drill.

2. When it is about to drill through, slow down the speed again.
3. During the whole drilling process, keep adding water to cool.

Note:

1. After opening installation, commissioning idling should observe whether the beating, then normal operation, the best results;
2. Into the hole to have a smooth time, please do not exert pressure on the side and curves spud;
3. Have enough openings for cooling and lubrication to reduce wear and coating products off;
4. Non-occurrence of high-temperature drilling dry rub, causing severe wear affect the results;
5. The operator must wear safety protective equipment to ensure safe operation.

Electroplated Diamond Core Drill Bits have a single layer of diamond powder on the tools, once the layer of diamond is worn down, the tools life is end and you need to use a new one. The sharpness of electroplate diamond tools is better than vacuum brazed diamond tools for drilling marble, ceramic, soft tile and similar materials. Special, electroplated diamond core drill bits need water when using, some place cannot find water, it’s not convenience for some customers. It can make any diamond grit as the customer’s request. It is not limited on the mold. The customer can make their own style.
