Remarks:

Marble block saw blade refers to diamond saw blades used for marble block cutting purpose. They are in bigger diameters from 900mm to 2000mm mostly, in which the most popular blade diameter are 900mm, 1200mm and 1600mm for cutting tiles from 30x30cm to 60x60cm, which is more required from the market.

Diamond segments for marble block cutting are mostly in yellow color which is the main color of copper based metal bond, some are silver color based on cobalt bond, and there is soft to harder bond for cutting different hardness of marbles. It also works for limestone, travertine and other soft stones. As per steel blank design, there is 40mm length segments and 24mm length segments for choice. Marble block cutter segments mostly cuts for long, so the segment height is generally in 8mm and 10mm, and some customers prefer 13mm height for single blade block cutter.

Diamond blade for marble block cutting is mostly used on bridge block cutter with a horizontal blade to cut the bottom of slabs or strips from the marble block. Most of the marble block cutter is equipped with a horizontal block cutter at diameter of 350mm, 400mm or 500mm.
