Diamond Segments of Multi-Saw blades Granite Block Cutting

Normal taper shape with sandwich or multi-layer structure diamond segments which are mainly used on multi-blades for cutting granite rough blocks into thin slabs. Characterized by high efficiency, no need grinding, smoothness of slab, and low energy consumption.

Blade diameter mostly in 1200mm for Italian/European Machines and 1600/940mm or 2200-600mm and 2500-800mm for Chinese machines.

In China people are usually using 3.0 or 3.5mm thickness steel blanks since skilled workers are available, so the segment size are usually 4.0 or 4.5mm thickness, however for the market of other countries, the blade and segment thickness is more.
